Fill out the questionnaire with the information we require for your page on FOGMA’s website. Please answer all questions accurately and completely. (For an example of the information needed, please see a member group’s page.) 

Please send a modest, current picture (JPEG) of your family group to us via fogma@localnet.com.

Membership is free.  If you would like to support FOGMA to help cover expenses and future plans, we would welcome your donations!

After that, we will post your information on FOGMA’s website, and you will be an official member of Families of Gospel Music Association!
